About This Project

This private psychiatric center is the first of its kind in the region. It will provide high quality integrated Mental Health Care that will be a prototype for such facilities in the future. The project will be implemented in 3 stages to a total build up area of 10,000 square meters. Stage one is the design of outpatient clinics which include diagnostic, therapy, day clinic, laboratory and  20 sub-acute inpatient beds, there will also be an addition of public amenities, retail and a library.  Stage two consists of additional clinics and 40 more inpatient beds.  Stage 3 will integrate into the plan a medi-hotel, VIP facilities as well as a Mosque.
