Health facility construction projects happen on site as much as in the office. The most popular modules in the HFBS platform are being adapted for mobile use on a variety of mobile and tablet devices.
These highly functional mobile modules designed for professional Healthcare Planners, Designers and Facility Managers help you stay connected to your project whilst on the go.

This app provides the contents of the International Health Facilities Guidelines (iHFG) by HPI through an easy to navigate user interface.
The guidelines are divided into 5 Parts:
Part A-Administrative Provisions
Part B-Health Facility Briefing and Planning
Part C-Access, Mobility, OH&S
Part D-Infection Control
Part E-Engineering Services & Environmental Design
Part B is possibly the most important part of the iHFG. It includes important subjects such as: Role Delineation Level (RDL) Guide, Planning, and Functional Planning Units (FPU’s). Currently 33 FPU’s (Hospital Departments) are offered with detailed text, generic Schedules of Accommodation (SOA) and Functional Relationship Diagrams (FRD). In addition, Standard Components (SC’s) of design are offered in two formats, Room Data Sheets (RDS) and Room Layout Sheets (RLS). There are approximately 500 of each or a total of 1000 SC’s.
This new version of the iHFG Pro has all the same content and navigation system as the iHFG Lite. However, it also has the Health Facility Guidelines of several Countries, some based on the iHFG with additional local customizations. Most of the iHFG Pro’s 500 Standard Components (Medical Templates) have been enhanced to include Reflect Ceiling Plans. Also, iHFG Pro for iPAD and iPhone (but not Android) has a shopping cart system to allow you to purchase editable DWG versions of the International Standard Components for as little as $1 each.
The guidelines included in the iHFG Pro for iPad and iPhone are:

Manage site inspections and record defects on the go using our mobile platform. Load an existing project brief from HFBS, to use as a structured reference for auditing during construction. Record defects, using photos, videos, QR codes and more. Assign defects to project members to fix, then manage the defect through to completion using scheduled inspections.
The HFBS defect management module streamlines the process of site inspections and defect management. For more information about the module please view our demonstration video using the below link.
